Moritaya was founded in Kyoto in the early Meiji era and is known as Japan's first restaurant specializing in sukiyaki. The Ginza Mitsukoshi branch opens on April 25, 2019. While inheriting traditional techniques, Moritaya is adding sophistication befitting a new era, weaving history into the future.
